Deposit Deposit of 50% required at time of booking – non refundable – balance paid on arrival (cash or cheque).
Health All animals should be in good health when they arrive, we cannot accept guests that show symptoms of ill health or respiratory infections.
Losses Although we are experienced animal keepers, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, death or injury to your pet in our care. Every effort will be made by seeking veterinary advice.
Veterinary Fees Any incurred veterinary charges will be your responsibility. All rabbits are required to be up to date with their vaccinations.
Liability Small Pet Hotel does not accept any liability for personal injury and individuals are advised to ensure their own safety whilst on our premises.
Accommodation Cleaning All accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected and ground area sanitized after each guest has departed.
